✨ For people who know breathwork is important and want to add it to their existing skills (like mindfulness or counselling for example)

Learning outcomes
✨You will learn why breathwork is so important and the evidence to support that
✨You will learn about the benefits of breathwork
✨How to use simple and effective ways of breathing to improve their own mood, focus and health
✨How to teach this to other people, including their colleagues
✨You will learn how to safely guide a short breathwork session
✨You will have a chance to ask questions about how all of this applies specifically to their company and colleagues
Certification
Assessments of participants' progress will take place throughout the day. On completion of the training, to a satisfactory level, all participants will get a certificate confirming their completion of this introductory training.
