A Coaching journey to sustainable high performance and happiness

A personalised coaching programme that empowers individuals to shift from chronic stress and burnout to balance - and reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and inner vitality.

In high-pressure environments, sustainable performance demands more than hard work. It requires clarity, resilience, and the ability to recharge. This coaching journey helps participants break free from stress and overwhelm and integrate consistent changes that create deep, lasting positive transformation.

Programme Structure (8.5 hours over 6 months)

Initial Consultation – 2.5 Hours (In Person Recommended)

A deep-dive mapping of stressors, habits, energy patterns, and lifestyle factors — identifying key imbalances and creating a practical, personalised roadmap for recovery and growth. The monthly sessions will start 2 - 3 weeks after the initial consultation.

Monthly Coaching Sessions: 6 x 1 Hour

One session per month to support integration, reflection, and evolution. Each session builds on the last to help participants embed lasting wellbeing and performance-enhancing practices.

Key Outcomes

• Identify personal sources of stress, burnout, and imbalance

• Learn practical tools to reduce stress and restore energy (physical, mental, emotional etc)

• Develop emotional resilience and mental clarity – ‘mental and emotional fitness’

• Build habits that sustain long-term wellbeing and high performance

• Align daily life and work with personal values and purpose

• Access guided relaxation practices and recordings for regular recovery and deep rest

About the Coach: Calodagh McCumiskey

• Accredited Master Practitioner in Wellbeing & Coaching

• 14 years’ experience in high-stress humanitarian leadership

• Award-winning wellbeing specialist with 15+ years’ experience

• Honours Degree in Economics (1993 and Master’s in Executive Leadership (2024)
