This 3 hour workshop is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and techniques necessary to effectively influence and persuade others. During the course we will look at how to communicate confidently, build trust and how to package and articulate ideas to ensure they are heard and understood. Learners will leave the course with a better awareness of their communication style when delivering their message to gain buy in from key people. By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained the confidence and skills needed to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and achieve successful outcomes through influence and persuasion
