This 3 hour course session is designed to equip participants with the skills and understanding necessary to engage in effective coaching conversations and formulate impactful coaching questions.

This course will explore the principles and techniques that underpin effective coaching relationships. Participants will learn how to create an environment conducive to growth, foster meaningful dialogue, and empower individuals to reach their full potential through coaching.
