Níall is a wellness expert with over 20 years’ experience. A former international athlete, today Níall teaches people all over the world how to use breathing, nature and the mind as forces for good in our lives. Ann Crowley
Ann is the HR Manager at Connolly’s RED MILLS, a Humanities Graduate of UCC and UCD, and also holds a Higher Certificate in Equine Science from UL. Ann has been working in HR and Training for over 20 years in various industries.

Michael Shields
Michael is Chief Technical Officer at Connolly’s RED MILLS and a member of the Senior Management Team. He holds a B.Agr.Sc degree from UCD and an MBA from RMIT University, Melbourne.

Dr. Amanda Greer
Amanda is the Director of Sustainability at Veri Connect. As an Environmental Training Manager, she has overseen the roll out of nationwide biodiversity training programmes.
