This session encourages people to focus on retirement and what it means to them. It looks at how to deal with the transition into retirement and the impact it can have on personal identity.
2. Relationships and Social Networks
This session looks at the impact retirement has on personal relationships and the importance of being well-networked in retirement and how to develop social networks outside of work.
3. Personal Taxation
This session deals with the issues people face when handling their own tax affairs.
4. Managing Your Finances
This session addresses the issue of financial management and presents a framework for investment choices.

5. A Healthy Lifestyle
This session focuses on the importance of exercise and our nutritional needs as we grow older. 6. Social Welfare Entitlements
This session is designed to provide an overview of the main Social Welfare Benefits to which attendees may be entitled.
7. Your Personal Checklist
This session provides an introduction to Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney.
8. Time to Plan for the Future
This session helps attendees start their plan for the future and to consider what they would like to achieve from the time ahead.
