Delivered as two half day in-house workshop (9:30am – 1pm), the Workshops flows through the three core pillars of People Planning: Attracting, Developing and Retaining Talent, before finalising your tailored People & Culture Roadmap. Each stage builds on the last, ensuring participants leave with a clear, practical plan aligned to their business goals.
About the Facilitator
Denise Whelan is an Organisational Development Consultant who partners with companies to identify, align and implement their people strategies with business goals. With over 20 years’ experience in Leadership and HR, Denise has a proven track record as a commercial C-Level HR Executive. Her experience spans SMEs and global organisations in Ireland, the U.S and U.K. Denise brings both strategic expertise and a hands-on, pragmatic approach. Her background spans building HR functions, coaching leaders, driving growth through talent management, and leading culture and change initiatives, making her ideally placed to help SMEs strengthen their organisational capability.
